Affected by Suicide: Grieving after Suicide - Fr Brenadan McManus SJ - Corpus Christi Primary School, Moyross, Saturday 7th February 6pm to 7pm.   Struggling to come to terms with his brother’s suicide, Jesuit priest Brendan McManus decided to walk the Camino de Santiago, the famous Spanish pilgrimage route. On the road he underwent a profound journey of rebirth and renewal that moves through grief and anger to hope, gratitude and acceptance. Brendan has written some of his story in a book - 'Redemption Road -Grieving on the Camino'.   The book has proved very popular and Brendan's story has helped many people coping with the suicide of a loved one. This talk will be of interest to people dealing with grief, people interested in Mental Health, and people interested in the Camino De Santiago. Proceeds from the book go to the charity CONSOLE.
